About Ashleigh

Family heirloom. Seeds sent to Victory Seeds by Dr. Carolyn Male. ‘Ashleigh’ was originally listed by her friend and SSE member, Neil Gillard of Ontario, Canada. He received the seeds from his friends at Wilber Lake, near Eganville Ontario. The seed’s origin is reportedly from the village of Lazec, Macedonia. Mr. Gillard named the variety after his niece.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces huge, 10-36 oz., red, meaty, generally heart-shaped, (but some oblate beefsteak shape) fruits. 89 days.
