Russian heirloom. Seeds were sent to Tatiana Kouchnareva as part of a seed exchange with Tamara Yaschenko of Biysk, Siberia, Russia in 2006. Tatiana grew it in 2006 and offered it in the 2007 SSE Yearbook. Introduced commercially in North America by Tatiana’s TOMATObase Seeds in 2009. Indeterminate, regular leaf plant that produces many large, 8-12 oz, red beefsteaks that can reach up to 23 oz. Outstanding rich flavor. Very productive.
