About Arcadia

‘Arcadia’ tomato was first offered in the 2007 SSE Yearbook by Peter Makarow of Austria*. Peter received its seeds from his friend, whose grandparents grew this variety for many years.
Indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces red, cherry tomato with good tangy flavor, excellent yields.

* There is also another tomato variety under the same name – an indeterminate, regular leaf tomato plant that originated in the Andes and produces a red, round, slightly flattened saladette, 3 cm in diameter. Grown in Central America and mentioned in the “Jerrard George W.P.” catalog, Caribou, Maine, USA, in 1904.
