About Amethyst Cream Cherry XL

‘Amethyst Cream Cherry XL’ is a sibling line for ‘Amethyst Cream Cherry’ tomato, developed by Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms, Napa Valley, USA. The main difference between those two lines is, that ‘Amethyst Cream Cherry XL’ fruits are bigger (0.7-1.4 oz./20-40g) and the plant is more productive. Very pretty, white round cherry fruit with antho splash on the sun-exposed part of the fruit. Sweet and juicy with complex tomato flavor. Perfect as a snack or for salads. Good crack and disease resistance. Fruits do not fall off the plant after they are ripe and can be stored well after picking. Very vigorous, indeterminate plants grow up to about 2 meters or even more. Midseason, about 70 days to maturity.
