About Ambrosia Orange UBX

‘Ambrosia Orange UBX’ was developed by J&L Gardens, USA.*
Vigorous, indeterminate, regular leaf plant produces a high yield of small (0.5-0.7oz./15-20g), dark orange cherry tomatoes with a very sweet tomato flavor. Good crack resistance. Midseason.

*Here is what they write about this variety: „Our first release of a new line of cherry tomatoes. It is a small, dark gold tomato with unusually high sugar levels. The flavor is out of this world. Field-grown fruit is averaging 11.5 % soluble solids by midseason. For comparison, SunGold is somewhere between 8 and 10% here.
Brix level depends on a number of factors, including temperature and soil fertility, and how you water. However, Ambrosia UBX has been bred specifically for this trait using wild stock.
The vigorous indeterminate plant has foliage with narrow leaves and tends to sprawl. Production is excellent through a long season. The 1/2″ fruit shows no tendency to crack, even in wet weather.“
