About Amana Pink
Amana Pink is a variety, that was first offered in the Seed Savers 1997 Yearbook by Jeff Nekola of Green Bay, Wisconsin, who received seeds of ‘Amana Orange’ tomato from Carolyn Male of Salem, New York in 1996. Instead of orange beefsteaks, his plant gave pink oxheart-type tomatoes. Commercially offered by ‘Marianna’s Heirloom Seeds’. Indeterminate plants with regular and wispy leaf foliage. Fruit is medium to large (200-500g) with sweet and rich tomato flavor. About 85 days to mature.
