About Allure

‘Allure‘ is a very unusual and rare tomato variety, that originated in Barbados, an island country in the Lesser Antilles of the West Indies, in the Caribbean region of the Americas, and the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands.
Compact, determinate plants with dark green, woolly, and variegated regular leaf foliage grow up to about 40 cm tall and produce round, orange, fuzzy large cherry to saladette-type (2-4 oz./50-100g) fruits. Meaty, dense flesh, sweet tomato taste with a nice acidic touch. The fruits ripen at the end of the season and have a good after-shelf life. Excellent for container growing. Mid- to late season, about 80 – 85 days to maturity.
