About Ainiai F1 Hybrid

‘Ainiai F1 Hybrid’ was created by Audrius Radzevičius from the Institute of Horticulture in Babtai, Kaunas region, Lithuania. Entered into the ‘Lithuanian National List of Plant Varieties’ in 2016 and listed in the European Union Plant variety database on November 2nd, 2016.
Determinate, regular leaf plant produces a very high yield of small 2.5-2.8oz./70-80g, red, blocky tomatoes. The fruit has dense and juicy flesh with a well-balanced taste and a strong tomato aroma. Excellent for stuffing with white cheese, garlic, and salt, as well as for whole fruit canning. Fruits are firm and transportable, making them ideal for farmers’ markets, and ripen for enjoyment early-to-mid season, about 65-75 days after transplant.
