About Absinthe
Developed by Alan Bishop from crosses of Emeraude, Aunt Ruby’s German Green, and Brandywine in the mid-2000s.
Indeterminate, regular leaf, the plant produces medium to large-sized, 10-14 oz., irregularly shaped beefsteaks that are pale green when ripe, clear skin. Sometimes fruits have an amber or pinkish blush at the bottom end. Outstanding delicious flavor, nice buttery texture.
