About Abakanskiy Rozovyy (Абаканский Розовый)
‘Abakanskiy Rozovyy’ is a commercial tomato variety from Russia, that was originally included in the ‘Russian State Register’ in 2007.
The variety is adapted to thrive in cold areas like Siberia and Altai, suitable for growing both – in a greenhouse and in the open field. An indeterminate, high-yielding, disease-resistant, tomato plants with regular leaf foliage produce large (7-14oz./200-400g), pink, hearts. Fruits are fleshy and flavorful, with a sour undertone. Ideal for salads and fresh dining in the summer and also frequently used to make delectable juices. Mid-season, about 75-80 days to maturity.
