You'll want to whip up this big-batch bloody mix for your next tailgate party or gathering. Make it spicy or mild, up to you.

Ingredients:
Two 24-ounce bottles of tomato passata
1 bottle vodka
8 limes, juiced
4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped, or to taste (remove seeds, if desired)
3 tablespoons grated fresh horseradish
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons celery seeds
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper, or to taste.
To garnish
Sea salt, celery sticks, and olives

Instructions:
In a large pitcher, stir together the tomato paste, vodka, lime juice, jalapenos, horseradish, chopped cilantro, celery seeds, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper.
Stir ingredients to combine and muddle the mixture; add water to thin to desired consistency, if you wish. Strain into another pitcher.
To serve, if you like, moisten rims of serving glasses with a squeezed lime half and dip each into a plate of sea salt to coat the rims. Fill glasses with ice. Garnish with celery sticks, and olives.
